Black Friday Resume Builder Deals 2026
What six paid resume tools list today, whether any sale is showing yet, and what to check before you pay. Checked November 5, 2026.
Black Friday resume builder deals for 2026 mostly have yet to appear: on November 5, none of the six paid tools I could check showed a Black Friday offer on its own site. Black Friday is November 27, so that may change. Here is what each one lists today, so you have a real price to compare any sale against.
One disclosure first. I built SealApply, a free job application tool that also builds resumes, so I am not a neutral reviewer. I stuck to what each vendor’s own site says, and I will update this table closer to the day.
Black Friday resume builder deals: status as of November 5, 2026
| Tool | Listed price | Deal status |
|---|---|---|
| Rezi | Pro $29 a month, or Lifetime $149 once | No deal announced as of Nov 5, 2026 |
| Kickresume | $24 a month, $54 every 3 months, or $96 every 12 months | No Black Friday deal announced as of Nov 5, 2026. The yearly plan shows a “Save 25%” badge |
| Resume.io | $2.95 for a 7-day trial, then $29.95 every 4 weeks, or $49.95 every 3 months | No deal announced as of Nov 5, 2026 |
| Jobscan | $89.95 every 3 months | No Black Friday deal announced as of Nov 5, 2026. Its promo page offers a 7-day free trial on the quarterly plan |
| Enhancv | $39 a month, $69 every 3 months, or $99 every 6 months, per its own article | No deal announced as of Nov 5, 2026 |
| Novoresume | Unverified. Pro comes in 1, 3 or 6 months, but I could not read the amounts | No deal announced as of Nov 5, 2026 |
Build a new resume with AI
A few limits on this table. I read the text of each page and did not go through checkout, so tax, your country or a banner that only loads in a browser could change what you see. Enhancv’s pricing page did not show readable amounts, so those figures come from an article on its own blog, updated November 2. I left out Teal, Zety and Resume Now because their pages would not load for me, and I would rather skip them than repeat a second-hand price.
What should you check before paying for a resume builder?
Auto-renewing billing
The trial price is the smallest number on the page, so read the line after it. Resume.io states it clearly: the $2.95 trial auto-renews to $29.95 billed every 4 weeks. Every 4 weeks means 13 charges a year, not 12, which comes to about $389 if you forget about it.
Not every tool works that way. Novoresume describes Pro as billed once, with “Nothing to cancel.” Rezi and Kickresume state billing intervals on their pricing pages, but I did not see renewal terms there, so check them at checkout.
Whether PDF downloads are paywalled
The free plans differ a lot on the one thing most applications need.
- Resume.io: the free plan lists downloads in TXT format only. PDF downloads come with the paid plans.
- Rezi: the free plan allows up to three PDFs.
- Kickresume: the free plan lists unlimited downloads as long as you stick to free customization options.
- Novoresume: the free plan includes a PDF with Novoresume branding on it.
- Enhancv: the free plan is valid for 7 days and carries Enhancv branding.
The quick test is to build a three-line resume and try to download it before you put in an hour of work. I wrote more about this in what to check in a free resume builder.
Cancelling before renewal
If you take a trial, set a reminder for two days before it ends, on the day you sign up. Find the cancel option in your account settings then, while you are not in a hurry. Keep the confirmation, and check your next statement.
Also note the refund window. Rezi lists a 30-day money-back guarantee, Kickresume 14 days, Novoresume 14 days on a first upgrade, and Resume.io 7 days. Read the terms, because a guarantee can come with conditions. My checklist for spotting hidden costs is in how to tell if a job application tool is really free.
Whether a longer plan is really cheaper for you
A sale on a yearly plan only helps if you need a year. Kickresume’s yearly plan is $96, but if your search lasts three months, the $54 quarterly plan costs less. A lifetime plan works the other way: at Rezi’s listed prices, $149 once beats $29 a month after a little over five months.
Does SealApply have a Black Friday deal?
No. SealApply is free all year and has no paid plan, so there is no discount to offer and no renewal to cancel. If you would rather skip paid builders entirely, I rounded up the best free AI job application tools. The default free AI runs through Puter, which asks for a Puter sign-in and has its own allowance. You don’t need a SealApply account, and if you reach that allowance you can add your own AI key. It also never submits an application for you: you review the form and click Submit.
No tool on this page, including mine, can guarantee you an interview. If you are buying something, buy it for a specific problem, at a price you have checked, on a date you have written down for cancelling. Check back closer to November 27, when I will update the table with whatever the vendors have announced.

Frequently asked questions
Are there any Black Friday resume builder deals yet in 2026?
None that I saw on the six vendor sites I could check on November 5, 2026. Black Friday is November 27, so vendors still have time to announce one, and I will update the table closer to the day.
Is a lifetime resume builder plan better than a monthly one?
It can be if you will use the tool for a while. Rezi lists Lifetime at $149 once and Pro at $29 a month, so Lifetime costs less once you would have paid for more than five months.
How do I avoid being charged after a resume builder trial?
Read what the plan renews to, put a reminder a couple of days before the trial ends, and cancel before that date. Keep the cancellation confirmation until you have seen that no new charge appears.
Can I download a PDF from a free resume builder?
It depends on the tool. Resume.io's free plan lists TXT downloads only, Rezi's free plan allows up to three PDFs, and Novoresume's free PDF carries its branding, so check before you build.
Does SealApply have a Black Friday deal?
No, because there is nothing to discount. SealApply is free all year and has no paid plan. The default free AI runs through Puter, which needs a Puter sign-in and has its own allowance, but you do not need a SealApply account.
